| 1⁄4 | Cup | crumbled bleu cheese |

| 1 | Teaspoon | of different dried herbs (dill and onion, (fresh too), thyme, and tarragon) |

| 1 | Teaspoon | oregano and parsley, garlic, onion, paprika, horseradish and mustard |
With basic recipe, make your own dressing or dip by blending it in a small wide-mouth har with one of choices above. You can also add chopped red, green and yellow bell peppers, or any fresh herbs, too. Chill to blend the flavors.
