Ingredients

1 1⁄2Cupwhole wheat flour (or your preferred)
2 eggs
1⁄2Teaspoonsalt
1⁄2Teaspoonvanilla
2Cupmilk
 Unknowntoppings of your choice

Instructions

 

  • Mix dry ingredients.
  • Add the wet ingredients and stir.
  • Cook in lightly sprayed/greased frying pan, using ¼ cup batter, and turning the pan in a slow circular motion to cover the bottom of the pan.
  • Flip almost immediately.

Notes

 

We add a medley of fruit and pure maple syrup, roll the crepes, and enjoy them for breakfast. However, you can determine whether to make them salty or sweet (e.g., adding cheese, egg, Nutella).   NOTE:  (½ teaspoon baking powder can be added to this recipe other times of the year.)
