| 1 | Package | butterscotch morsels (12 oz. ) |
| 1 | Cup | peanut butter |
| 8 | Cup | Rice Krispies |
| 1 | Package | semi-sweet chocolate morsels (12 oz. ) |
| 1 | Cup | sifted confectioners sugar |
| 4 | Tablespoon | butter |
| 2 | Tablespoon | water |
Melt butterscotch morsels with peanut butter in heavy saucepan over low heat. Stir until blended. Stir in Rice Krispies. Press half of mixture in a well-buttered 9x13 pan. Chill. Set remainder aside. Melt chocolate chips in heavy saucepan over low heat. Stir constantly. Stir in confectioners sugar, butter, and water. Spread over chilled mixture. Top with reserved mixture. Chill.
I made these every year for my children to snack on while we traveled to the Feast. Now I make them for my grandchildren.
