| 6 | stalks celery (cut into 1/4 in. slices) | |
| 2 | Can | mixed vegetables (drained, 15 oz. cans) |
| 1 | jar green olives (drained, 6 oz. jar) | |
| 1 | Pound | frozen peas |
| Old Dutch Dressing (or favorite vinaigrette) |
Mix tomatoes, celery, olives, mixed vegetables, and peas. Add dressing to taste. At least one cup of dressing is recommended.
