Description

Salmon fillets are covered in a Bourbon sauce to create these succulent, grilled fish

Ingredients

4 salmon fillets
1⁄2Cupbrown sugar
3Tablespoonbourbon
1⁄8Cupsoy sauce
1Tablespoonlime juice
1Teaspoonginger
1⁄4Teaspoonsalt & pepper
1Clovegarlic

Instructions

Prepare marinade mixing all ingredients, except fillets.  Put salmon in flat plastic dish.  Pour marinade over salmon and return to refrigerator for at least 2 hours, flipping occasionally.  Grill on barbecue until cooked through.  Alternately, the fish cam be baked in the oven at 350° for 20-25 minutes.  Baking time with depend upon thickness of fillets.
