Salmon fillets are covered in a Bourbon sauce to create these succulent, grilled fish

| 4 | salmon fillets | |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | brown sugar |
| 3 | Tablespoon | bourbon |
| 1⁄8 | Cup | soy sauce |
| 1 | Tablespoon | lime juice |
| 1 | Teaspoon | ginger |
| 1⁄4 | Teaspoon | salt & pepper |
| 1 | Clove | garlic |
Prepare marinade mixing all ingredients, except fillets. Put salmon in flat plastic dish. Pour marinade over salmon and return to refrigerator for at least 2 hours, flipping occasionally. Grill on barbecue until cooked through. Alternately, the fish cam be baked in the oven at 350° for 20-25 minutes. Baking time with depend upon thickness of fillets.
