Ingredients

3Poundroast beef (can use up to a 4 lb roast)
1⁄4Cupsoy sauce
3⁄4Cupwater
1⁄4Teaspoonpepper
1⁄4Teaspoonginger
1 onion (chopped)
1Clovegarlic (chopped)
1Canpineapple tidbits (reserve half juice)
1Packagemushrooms (fresh, sliced)

Instructions

Place 1 T. oil in a skillet and brown roast.  After the roast is browned, place it in a Crock-Pot.  In a bowl, combine soy sauce, water, pepper, ginger, and pineapple juice.  Pour over the roast.  Add onion, garlic, pineapple and mushrooms.  cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
