| 1⁄2 | Teaspoon | salt |
| 1 | Tablespoon | dried parsley |
| 1 | egg (beaten) | |
| 1⁄4 | Cup | milk |
| 2 | Tablespoon | cooking oil |
Combine flour, baking powder, and ½ teaspoon salt, stir in parsley. Combine egg, milk, and oil. Add to flour mixture, stirring with fork only until blended. Drop dumplings from a tablespoon directly into chicken broth. Bring to a boil. Then simmer 12-15 minutes. When cooked, put in warm serving bowl. Serve warm.
