A fail proof recipe for classic stroganoff

| 2 | Tablespoon | cooking oil |
| 1 | onion (sliced) | |
| 1 | Clove | garlic (fresh, crushed) |
| 2 | Tablespoon | ketchup |
| 2 | Teaspoon | worcestershire sauce |
| 1 | Can | cream of mushroom soup |
| 1 | Can | mushrooms (drained) |
| 1 | Cup | sour cream |
Cut steaks into narrow strips. Brown in hot oil. Add the onion and garlic and cook for 5 minutes. Blend the remaining ingredients and add to meat. Heat thoroughly and serve.
