| 1 | Package | frozen chopped broccoli |
| 1 | small onion (chopped) | |
| 1 | Tablespoon | butter |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | cheddar cheese |
| 1 | Cup | minute rice |
| 1 | Can | mushroom soup |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | milk |
Fry onion in butter until soft. Cook broccoli as directed, drain. Combine rice, soup, and milk. Add onion and broccoli to soup mixture. Pour into greased dish. Top with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
