a delicious and healthy unleavened cookie

| 2 | bananas (pureed to make 1 cup) | |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | dates (chopped) |
| 1⁄3 | Cup | almonds (chopped) |
| 1 | Teaspoon | vanilla extract |
| 1 1⁄2 | Cup | oatmeal |
Combine banana, dates, almonds, vanilla and oatmeal; mix well. Drop by tablespoon onto a cookie sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 18–20 minutes.
