Don't let the simplicity of this dish fool you, it really is delicious

| 12 | Ounce | cheddar cheese (shredded) |
| Unknown | sour cream (to taste) | |
| Unknown | onions (to taste, can also add black olives and green chilies) |
In skillet, brown beef and drain. Add both taco seasoning packets and water. Simmer for 5 minutes. Stire in 1/2 of the salsa and remove from heat. Layer 4 tortillas in bottom of 9x13 oblong dish, letting them come up the side of the pan about 1/2 inch all around. You can cut them to fit if necessary. Put all the meat mixutre over tortillas. Use 1/2 of the green onions and 1/2 of the cheddar cheese over meat. Layer remaining 4 tortillas over all. Press them down slightly. Pour last half of salsa over tortillas. Spread it evenly and top with last of green onions and cheddar cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 30-40 mintues. Remove from oven, uncover, and let rest for 10 minutes before cutting into squares. Serve with lettuce and sour cream.
