Everyone loves getting a letter in the mail, and opening it to see what awaits inside. Well this recipe is like getting a letter and you cant wait to see what is inside.

| 3 | Cup | flour |
| 1 | Package | cream cheese (8 oz.) |
| 1⁄2 | Pound | butter |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | powdered sugar |
| raspberry jam (or apricot filling, optional) |
Mix flour, butter, and cream cheese. Make into 50 or more small balls. Roll out each ball separately on powdered sugar. Put a dab of filling or jam in center and fold four corners to form an envelope. Bake at 350 for 15-25 minutes. Let cool.
