A dessert that tastes so decadent you won't be able to tell it has a shot of healthy with the addition of wheat germ, whole wheat flour and rolled oats.

| 1⁄2 | Cup | butter (melted) |
| 1 | Cup | brown sugar (packed) |
| 1 | Cup | whole-wheat pastry flour |
| 1 | Cup | rolled oats |
| 1⁄2 | Teaspoon | salt |
| 1 | Cup | flaked coconut |
| 1⁄4 | Cup | wheat germ |
Cake:
Mix all dry ingredients together and slowly add butter while mixing with fork. Spread 2/3 of mixture in 9 x 13 x 2 baking pan. Cover with chocolate filling and sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Bake in 350° oven 20-25 minutes. Cut into bars while warm.
Filling:
In top of double boiler over hot water, melt chocolate chips. While stirring, add sweetened condensed milk. Keep stirring until mixture is smooth.
