Great over asparagus, salmon fillets, or other things!

| 1 1⁄2 | Cup | mayonnaise |
| 3 | Tablespoon | lemon juice |
| 1⁄8 | Teaspoon | pepper sauce |
| 1⁄3 | Cup | melted butter |
Blend mayonnaise, lemon juice and pepper sauce in a small food processor or with a hand mixer. Scrape bowl. With machine running, drizzle melted butter down the feed tube in a threadlike stream. When all butter has been incorporated, churn for another second or two. Serve over asparagus, on salmon fillets, etc. May warm if desired.
