Take a trip to France with this sweet coconut pie.

| 3 | eggs (beaten) | |
| 1 | Tablespoon | plain flour |
| 1 1⁄4 | Cup | buttermilk |
| 1 | Teaspoon | vanilla |
| 6 | Ounce | frozen coconut |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | melted butter |
| 1 1⁄4 | Cup | sugar |
| 1 | frozen deep-dish pie shell |
Mix together melted butter and eggs. Then add flour, buttermilk, vanilla, coconut and sugar. Pour into deep-dish pie shell. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
