| 1⁄4 | Cup | butter (softened) |
| 1⁄2 | Teaspoon | cinnamon |
Cake:
Heat oven to 350°. Grease square 8 x 8 pan. Mix cereal and orange juice in a large bowl; let stand 2 minutes or until soft. Mix in oil, eggs, and bananas. Stir in flour, sugar, raisins, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Pour into pan. Bake for 45 minutes or until top springs back when touched lightly. Sprinkle Streusel Topping evenly over warm cake. Set oven control to broil. Broil cake with topping about 5 inches from heat about 1 minute or until bubbly (Watch carefully to avoid burning) . Serves 9-12.
Streusel Topping:
Mix ½ cup brown sugar, ½ cup chopped nuts, ¼ cup flour, ¼ cup softened butter and ½ teaspoon cinnamon.
