| 3 | Cup | romaine lettuce (or mixed lettuce) |
| 1⁄2 | large apple (finely chopped) | |
| 1 | Cup | broccoli (chopped) |
| 6 | dried apricots (chopped) | |
| 4 | Tablespoon | raisins |
| 2 | Tablespoon | sunflower seeds |
| 10 | grapes (quartered) |
Mix ingredients together. I use a raspberry vinaigrette salad dressing. (Annie's Naturals can be found in health food stores.
I write my teens a "Happy Sabbath" note and tuck it in their Bibles for them to find.
