Zesty green beans, a great side dish for your next dinner!

| 4 | Clove | garlic (peeled and crushed) |
| 1 | Pound | fresh green beans |
| 2 | Tablespoon | melted butter |
| 2 | Teaspoon | lemon juice |
| salt and pepper |
Fill a saucepan with water and put in garlic cloves. Bring to a boil and add green beans. Cook, uncovered, until beans are tender, then drain. Remove garlic and mash well. In a small bowl combine garlic, butter, lemon juice, salt and pepper; add mixture to green beans and toss well.
