Ingredients

1Poundbeef bacon (or turkey bacon)
1 medium onion
1 jar sauerkraut (32 oz.)
1Canstewwed tomatoes (or crushed tomatoes, 14.5 oz.)
1⁄2Cupsugar

Instructions

Chop bacon and onion and fry until browned. Drain sauerkraut and tomatoes. Save juice. Mix bacon, onion, sauerkraut, tomatoes, and sugar. Add a little bit of the juice if mixture seems a little dry. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes or until hot.
