Golden pancakes (or waffles), with the creamy taste of cottage cheese. Great for Sabbath morning!

| 1 | Cup | cottage cheese (cream style) |
| 6 | eggs | |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | flour (sifted) |
| 1⁄4 | Cup | oil |
| 1⁄4 | Cup | milk |
| 1⁄4 | Teaspoon | salt |
| 1⁄2 | Teaspoon | vanilla extract |
Put all ingredients into blender. Mix on high speed one minute, stopping to stir down once. Heat griddle, lightly oil. Use ¼ cup of batter per pancake. Brown on both sides. Serve with Syrup, honey, yogurt or fruit. Makes 20 pancakes.
