This salad goes great with some fresh pita bread!

| 2 | Cup | cut green beans (cooked, chilled, 12 oz. fresh) |
| 1 | Cup | cooked chicken (cubed and chilled) |
| 1 | Can | water chestnuts (5 oz, drained and sliced) |
| 1 | hard-boiled egg (diced) | |
| 1⁄3 | Cup | sweet pickles (chopped) |
| salt (to taste) |
Combine beans, chicken, water chestnuts, egg adn sweet pickles. Stir together mayonnaise, onion, mustard, sweet pickle juice, and salt (1 tsp. or less). Add to bean mixture. Toss lightly. Chill at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
