Ingredients

2Cupcut green beans (cooked, chilled, 12 oz. fresh)
1Cupcooked chicken (cubed and chilled)
1Canwater chestnuts (5 oz, drained and sliced)
1 hard-boiled egg (diced)
1⁄3Cupsweet pickles (chopped)
  salt (to taste)

Instructions

Combine beans, chicken, water chestnuts, egg adn sweet pickles. Stir together mayonnaise, onion, mustard, sweet pickle juice, and salt (1 tsp. or less). Add to bean mixture. Toss lightly. Chill at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
