Pancakes done griddle style made on an iron skillet

Ingredients

2Cupflour
4Teaspoonbaking powder
1Teaspoonsalt
1⁄4Cupsugar
2 eggs (unbeatened)
1 1⁄2Cupmilk
1⁄2Cupoil

Instructions

Mix dry ingredients together.  Ten add liquid ingredients and beat with rotary blender or whip until smooth.  Pour batter on hot, lightly greased girddle or iron skillet.  Cook until golden borwn, turning to cook second side when pancakes have bubbly surfaces and slightly dry edges.
