Ground beef and chili powder are added for a more adult version of this traditional Mac N Cheese

| 1 | Pound | cheddar cheese (extra sharp) |
| 1 | Can | corn (whole-kernel) |
| 3 | Cup | tomatoes |
| 1 | Tablespoon | chili powder |
| Unknown | salt & pepper (to taste) |
Cook ground beef and onion until done; drain. Cook macaroni, drain; set aside. Combine the ground beef and macaroni. Add cheese, corn, tomatoes, chili powder, and salt & pepper to the ground beef and macaroni. Cook for 1 hour on low heat.
