Ingredients

1⁄2Cupbrown sugar
1⁄2Cupwhole-wheat flour
1⁄2Cupwheat germ
1⁄2Cuppowdered milk
1⁄2Cupbutter (plus 2 tablespoons)

Instructions

Knead all ingredients together. Hand work well. Shape into small balls, flatten with fork dipped in flour, on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 300 degrees until edges are brown, 20-25 minutes.
