| 1⁄2 | Cup | whole-wheat flour |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | wheat germ |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | powdered milk |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | butter (plus 2 tablespoons) |
Knead all ingredients together. Hand work well. Shape into small balls, flatten with fork dipped in flour, on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 300 degrees until edges are brown, 20-25 minutes.
