Make your own corn tortillas with this simple recipe

| 2 | Cup | masa harina flour |
| 1 1⁄2 | Teaspoon | salt |
| 2 | Cup | water (BOILING) |
Mix masa and salt in bowl, then add to water. Stir to make stiff dough, roll into 2 inch ball. Pat thin and round by hand, cook on high heat in slightly greased pan on one side for 1 minute. Flip for 3 minutes then back over for an additional 2 minutes.
