| 1 | Cup | brown sugar |

| 6 | Tablespoon | honey |
| 1 | Teaspoon | vanilla |
| 3 1⁄2 | Cup | flour |
| 2 | Teaspoon | baking soda |
Mix butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and honey. Add flour and baking soda. Mix well. Chill in freezer 4-5 hours. Drop by tablespoon on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes or until brown around the edges.
When making fruit pies, sprinkle the sugar under the fruit instead of on top of it. The juice will bubble up through the fruit instead of spilling over the top of the crust.
