Honey glazed fryer chicken is spiced up with curry powder and red pepper

| 1 | fryer chicken (3 Lbs., cut up) | |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | butter (divided) |
| 1⁄4 | Cup | brown sugar (packed) |
| 1⁄4 | Cup | honey |
| 1⁄4 | Cup | lemon juice |
| 1 | Tablespoon | soy sauce |
| 1 1⁄2 | Teaspoon | curry powder |
In a bag combine flour, salt and red pepper. Add chicken pieces and shake. Pour 4 T. butter into a 9x13x2 baking pan. Place chicken in pan, turning pieces once to coat with butter. Bake uncovered at 350° for 30 minutes. Combine brown sugar, honey, lemon juice, soy sauce, curry powder, and remaining butter. Pour over chicken and bake 45 minutes or until tender, basting several times.
