| 1 | Cup | powdered sugar |
| 2 | Tablespoon | milk |
| 2 | Teaspoon | orange peel (grated) |
Cookie:
In 3-quart bowl combine all cookie ingredients. Beat at low speed, scraping sides of bowl until well mixed (1-2 minutes). Drop dough by rounded teaspoonful on ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake at 375º for 7-10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
Glaze:
Meanwhile, in a small bowl combine powdered sugar, milk, and grated orange peel. Stir until smooth. Frost warm cookies with glaze.
