Milk and honey are combined with whole wheat flour to make this bread moist and so yummy.

| 1 | Cup | milk (scalded, cooled to lukewarm) |
| 4 | Tablespoon | butter (or olive oil) |
| 4 | Tablespoon | honey |
| 1 | egg (beaten) | |
| 1 1⁄2 | Cup | unbleached flour |
| 1 1⁄2 | Cup | whole-wheat bread flour |
| 1 1⁄2 | Tablespoon | yeast |
| 1 1⁄2 | Teaspoon | salt |
Add butter and honey to hot milk, let cool to lukewarm. Add egg and put in bread maker pan. Add dry ingredients in order given. set on dough setting to make rolls, or whole-wheat setting for bread. A favorite at potlucks.
