Ingredients

1Cupmilk (scalded, cooled to lukewarm)
4Tablespoonbutter (or olive oil)
4Tablespoonhoney
1 egg (beaten)
1 1⁄2Cupunbleached flour
1 1⁄2Cupwhole-wheat bread flour
1 1⁄2Tablespoonyeast
1 1⁄2Teaspoonsalt

Instructions

Add butter and honey to hot milk, let cool to lukewarm.  Add egg and put in bread maker pan.  Add dry ingredients in order given.  set on dough setting to make rolls, or whole-wheat setting for bread.  A favorite at potlucks.
