| 3 | Can | artichoke hearts (8 1/2 oz cans) |
| 1 | Package | mozzerella cheese (8 oz. and grated) |
| 1 | Cup | parmesan cheese (grated) |
| 1 | Cup | mayonnaise |
| 1 | Teaspoon | garlic powder |
| 1 | Tablespoon | minced fresh parsley |
Drain and dice artichoke hearts. Combine with cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder. Put into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle parsley over top. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
