Ingredients

3Canartichoke hearts (8 1/2 oz cans)
1Packagemozzerella cheese (8 oz. and grated)
1Cupparmesan cheese (grated)
1Cupmayonnaise
1Teaspoongarlic powder
1Tablespoonminced fresh parsley

Instructions

Drain and dice artichoke hearts. Combine with cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder. Put into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle parsley over top. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
