A hardy, slightly spicy chili, great for chili dogs!

| 1 | medium onion (chopped) | |
| 1 | Can | tomato paste (small can) |
| 2 | Can | water |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | ketchup |
| 1 | Tablespoon | vinegar |
| 1 1⁄2 | Teaspoon | chili powder |
| 1⁄2 | Teaspoon | salt |
Brown ground chuck and drain off excess fat. Place in Crock-Pot and add remaining ingredients and cook over low heat for several hours or overnight.
