| 2 | Pound | cubed frozen potatoes |
| 4 | green onions (chopped) | |
| 2 | Cup | mayonnaise |
| 3⁄4 | Pound | American Cheese (cubed) |
Cook potatoes until partially done. Combine potatoes, chopped onions, mayonnaise, and cubed cheese. Place in a greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 325º for 45 – 60 minutes.
