Ingredients

2Packagecream cheese (8 oz pkg, softened)
1Canartichoke hearts, drained, chopped (14 oz. )
1Packagechopped spinach (drained and thawed, 10 oz pkg)
1⁄2Cupmayonnaise
1⁄2Cupgrated parmesan cheese
1Clovegarlic (minced)

Instructions

Beat cream cheese and mayonnaise with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Spoon into 9 in. pie plate or quiche dish. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned. Garnish with chopped tomato if desired.
