This baked taco dish makes plenty for your whole family and tastes wonderful

| 1 1⁄2 | Pound | ground beef (can use turkey) |
| 1 | Pint | tomatoes |
| 1 | Package | taco seasoning |
| 1 | Can | tomato paste (small can) |
| 1⁄2 | Teaspoon | chili powder |
| salt & pepper (to taste) | ||
| 1 1⁄2 | Pound | pasta |
| 1 | onion (diced) |
Cook noodles, set aside. In large skillet cook meat and onion. When brown, add tomatoes, seasonings and tomato paste. Put in 2-qt casserole dish at 350° for 20 minutes.
