Chicken is dipped in a butter, garlic sauce then rolled in bread crumbs to make a fabulous dish perfect to serve with rice or potatoes

| 1⁄2 | Cup | butter (plus 2T.) |
| 1⁄8 | Teaspoon | garlic powder |
| 3⁄4 | Cup | dry bread crumbs |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | Parmesan chees (grated) |
| 1 1⁄2 | Teaspoon | parsley (minced) |

Melt butter and combine with garlic and set aside. In a large bowl, combine bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper. Stir well. Dip chicken in melted butter and garlic, and roll in bread crumb mixture. Roll tightly, starting with narrow end of the chicken piece. Secure with toothpicks. Arrange in baking dish, drizzle with remaining butter, drizzle with lemon juice. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes.
