With only 6 ingredients in this quiche, it seems impossible to create such a deliciously flavorful dish. Try it and you'll be delighted!

| 1⁄4 | Cup | onion (diced and sauteed) |
| 3 | eggs | |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | biscuit mix |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | butter (melted) |
| 1 1⁄2 | Cup | milk |
| 1 | Cup | cheese (your choice & grated) |
Grease 9x13 pie plate. Preheat oven to 350°. In blender, or with mixer, mix eggs, biscuit mix, buter, milk, salt and pepper to taste. Spread sauteed onion in bottom of pan, then pour in mixture. Press in grated cheese. Bake for 45 minutes.
Variations - slightly cooked broccoli can be added, along with more cheese and garlic salt. Good to prepared ahead and reheat.
