A flavorful dish...filling and fun!

| 8 | medium potatoes | |
| 1 | Package | cream cheese (softened, 8 oz. ) |
| 1 | Carton | sour cream |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | butter (melted) |
| 1⁄4 | Cup | chives |
| 1 | Clove | garlic (minced) |
| 2 | Teaspoon | salt |
| paprika |
Cube and cook potatoes in water until tender. Drain and mash. Add remaining ingredients and mix until completely combined. (Electric mixer is great for this.) Spoon into lightly buttered 2-qt casserole. Sprinkle with paprika, cover, and refridgerate overnight. Reheat in 350 oven for 30-45 minutes, or until thoroughly heated.
