Ingredients

4Poundroast beef
4Packagedry zesty Italian dressing mix
1 onion (large, chopped)
1Cupliquid Italian dressing
4Cangreen chilies (small, optional)
  water (as needed)

Instructions

Layer all ingredients in Crock-Pot. Add water just until meat is covered. Cook on low for 24 hours, stirring every 6 hours to break up the meat. Serve on French bread or rolls.
