A delicious one dish meal made with red potatoes and italian sausage

| chicken (Whole bird, cut up) | ||
| 1 | Package | italian sausage (Butterball, castings removed and cut into 1 inch pieces) |
| 6 | red potatoes (can use up to 8, cut into bite size pieces) | |
| Drop | olive oil | |
| 3 | Clove | garlic (chopped) |
| 1⁄2 | Tablespoon | rosemary (fresh sprigs) |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | red wine vinegar |
Lightly brown chicken and potatoes in olive oil. Put into a baking pan. Add sausage, garlic and rosemary. Bake at 425° for 30 minutes. Add red wine vinegar. Bake 15-20 mintues longer or until chicken tests done.
