Ingredients

  chicken (Whole bird, cut up)
1Packageitalian sausage (Butterball, castings removed and cut into 1 inch pieces)
6 red potatoes (can use up to 8, cut into bite size pieces)
 Dropolive oil
3Clovegarlic (chopped)
1⁄2Tablespoonrosemary (fresh sprigs)
1⁄2Cupred wine vinegar

Instructions

Lightly brown chicken and potatoes in olive oil.  Put into a baking pan.  Add sausage, garlic and rosemary.  Bake at 425° for 30 minutes.  Add red wine vinegar.  Bake 15-20  mintues longer or until chicken tests done.
