Pizza - why not enjoy it for breakfast too! This recipe will help to moisten the crust and is tasty with eggs

Beat eggs with milk in a deep bowl. Cut up pizza slice or crusts into 1 inch cubes. Stir into beaten eggs, allow the pizza to soak up the eggs a little. Spray a nonstick pan with cooking spray; heat on medium, pour in egg mixture. Cook until eggs are set.
You may cut off the crusts before eating the pizza and save them just for this breakfast the next day. The fresh baked crust is moist and great in the eggs. This looks different and tastes wonderful.
