Chicken legs are bathed in a rich lemon sauce

| 1⁄2 | Tablespoon | salt & pepper |
| 1⁄4 | Tablespoon | thyme (or Herbes de Provence) |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | onion (diced) |
| 1⁄8 | Teaspoon | garlic powder |
| 8 | chicken legs (quartered, skinned) |
In a small bowl, mix juice, oil, salt, pepper, thyme, onion and garlic. In a 15x10x2 glass pan or roasting pan, arrange chicken quarters. Pour juice mixture over pieces. Bake in 375° oven for 1 1/2 hours.
