Ingredients

6Tablespoonlemon juice
2Tablespoonolive oil
1⁄2Tablespoonsalt & pepper
1⁄4Tablespoonthyme (or Herbes de Provence)
1⁄2Cuponion (diced)
1⁄8Teaspoongarlic powder
8 chicken legs (quartered, skinned)

Instructions

In a small bowl, mix juice, oil, salt, pepper, thyme, onion and garlic.  In a 15x10x2 glass pan or roasting pan, arrange chicken quarters.  Pour juice mixture over pieces.  Bake in 375° oven for 1 1/2 hours.
