| 7 | Ounce | flaked coconut |

| 1⁄2 | Cup | butter (1 stick, melted) |
| 3⁄4 | Cup | water |
| 2 | Teaspoon | vanilla |
| 1 | Teaspoon | coconut flavoring |
| 2 | pie shells (unbaked) |
In large bowl combine sugar, flour, and salt. Add evaporated milk. Add eggs, beating well. Add melted butter, water, vanilla, and coconut flavoring. Stir in flaked coconut. Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells and bake at 350º for 1 hour.
