| 2 | Tablespoon | white vinegar |
| 1 | Tablespoon | dry mustard |

| 1⁄4 | Teaspoon | black pepper |
| 8 | Ounce | salad macaroni (cooked) |
| 1 | Cup | celery (sliced) |
| 1 | Cup | sweet red pepper (or sweet green pepper) |
| 1⁄4 | onion (diced) | |
| 2 | eggs (hard-boiled, chopped, optional) | |
| 1⁄4 | Cup | pimento (chopped, optional) |
In large bowl mix mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper. Then add macaroni, celery, pepper, and onion. Mix well. Cover and chill. Makes 5 cups.
