Ingredients

1Cupmayonnaise
2Tablespoonwhite vinegar
1Tablespoondry mustard
1Teaspoonsugar
1Teaspoonsalt
1⁄4Teaspoonblack pepper
8Ouncesalad macaroni (cooked)
1Cupcelery (sliced)
1Cupsweet red pepper (or sweet green pepper)
1⁄4 onion (diced)
2 eggs (hard-boiled, chopped, optional)
1⁄4Cuppimento (chopped, optional)

Instructions

In large bowl mix mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper. Then add macaroni, celery, pepper, and onion. Mix well. Cover and chill. Makes 5 cups.
