Great to make the day before needed...whether is be for Sabbath potluck or whatever. And yeah, it's also delicious :)

| 6 | medium potatoes | |
| 1 | Cup | sour cream |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | whipping cream (or milk) |
| 6 | green onions (chopped) | |
| 1 | Cup | grated cheddar cheese |
| salt and pepper to taste |
Peel potatoes and cook in salted water. Drain well. Mash potatoes. Add sour cream and enough whipping cream to make a creamy consistency. Add onions and hald the cheddar c heese. Put in buttered casserole dish and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover and refridgerate until ready to bake. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake or additional 15 minutes.
