The sweetness of mandarins top off this delicious fruit custard.

| 1 | Can | pineapple tidbits (20 ounces) |
| 3⁄4 | Cup | sugar |
| 2 | Tablespoon | flour |
| 1⁄2 | Teaspoon | salt |
| 2 | eggs (beaten) | |
| 4 | Ounce | orzo |
| 1 | Can | mandarin oranges (16 ounces, drained) |
| 8 | Ounce | cool whip |
Drain pineapple and then mix juice with sugar, flour, salt, and eggs. Stir over low heat until thickened. Then cool. Cook orzo for 8-10 minutes in salted water. Drain, rinse, and cool. Then add custard mixture to orzo and refrigerate overnight.
Next Day:
Mix everything together and serve.
