Ingredients

1Canpineapple tidbits (20 ounces)
3⁄4Cupsugar
2Tablespoonflour
1⁄2Teaspoonsalt
2 eggs (beaten)
4Ounceorzo
1Canmandarin oranges (16 ounces, drained)
8Ouncecool whip

Instructions

Drain pineapple and then mix juice with sugar, flour, salt, and eggs. Stir over low heat until thickened. Then cool. Cook orzo for 8-10 minutes in salted water. Drain, rinse, and cool. Then add custard mixture to orzo and refrigerate overnight.

Notes

Next Day:

Mix everything together and serve.
