| 2 | Package | cream cheese (8 oz. packages) |
| 1 | Package | grated sharp cheddar cheese (10 oz package) |
| 2 | Tablespoon | onion (finely chopped) |
| 2 | Tablespoon | pimentos (finely chopped) |
| 2 | Tablespoon | green pepper (finely chopped) |
| 2 | Tablespoon | lemon juice |
| Dash | tabasco | |
| Dash | salt (to taste) | |
| Unknown | finely chopped walnuts |
Mix cream cheese and sharp cheddar well. Add remaining ingredients except walnuts. Shape into balls or rolls. Roll in finely chopped walnuts. Wrap with plastic wrap and place in refridgerator.
Recipe Note: Best if made day before serving.
