Lamb are marinated in a honey/ginger sauce for these delicious chops

| 1⁄2 | Cup | salad oil |
| 2 | Teaspoon | dry mustard |
| 2 | Tablespoon | honey |
| 2 | Tablespoon | soy sauce |
| 6 | Tablespoon | worcestershire sauce |
| 1 | Teaspoon | ground ginger |
| 1 | Dash | garlic powder |
| lamb chops (2 per person being served) |
Mix up salad oil, dry mustard, honey, soy sauce, Worceshire sauce, ground ginger, and garlic powder in a bowl. Marniate the chope in mixture at least 30 minutes, or even overnight. Place chops on grill or a broiler to cook, turning them once. Can brush with the marinade while grilling.
YOu can pan fry, rolling the chops in bread crumbs and flour. Sprinkle onion and garlic powder, salt, and pepper on each chop while frying. Turn and cook until browned.
