The perfect pie shell to enjoy your favorite pie during the Days of Unleavened Bread.

| 1⁄4 | Cup | butter |
| 1⁄8 | Teaspoon | salt |
| 2 | Tablespoon | sugar |
| 1⁄4 | Teaspoon | cinnamon (optional) |
| 1 | Cup | matzo meal |
| 2 | Tablespoon | water (approximately) |
Cream butter in a mixing bowl with the salt, sugar and cinnamon. Add matzo meal gradually and add water, if necessary, just enough to bind the ingredients together. Press the mixture into a 9 inch pie plate with the back of a spoon and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven until lightly browned, for 10-15 minutes. Cook and fill as desired.
