Ingredients

1 1⁄2Poundground beef (or turkey)
1PackageMcCormick taco seasoning
2Cantomato sauce (8 ounces)
1CanMexican corn (11 ounces, or whole kernel corn, drained)
1Cupcheddar cheese (shredded)
1Cuptortilla chips (coarsley crushed)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°. Brown meat in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in taco seasoning, tomato sauce, and corn. Simmer 5 minutes. Spoon mixture into 2-quart baking dish. Top with cheese and tortilla chips. Bake until cheese is melted, about 5-10 minutes.

Notes

Garnish casserole with sour cream and sliced green onions. Serve with shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes.
