| 1 | Package | McCormick taco seasoning |
| 2 | Can | tomato sauce (8 ounces) |
| 1 | Can | Mexican corn (11 ounces, or whole kernel corn, drained) |
| 1 | Cup | cheddar cheese (shredded) |
| 1 | Cup | tortilla chips (coarsley crushed) |
Preheat oven to 400°. Brown meat in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in taco seasoning, tomato sauce, and corn. Simmer 5 minutes. Spoon mixture into 2-quart baking dish. Top with cheese and tortilla chips. Bake until cheese is melted, about 5-10 minutes.
Garnish casserole with sour cream and sliced green onions. Serve with shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes.
