This is excellent for wild game. Makes wonderful shish kebabs.

| 3⁄4 | Cup | soy sauce |
| 1⁄4 | Cup | worchestershire sauce |
| 2 | Tablespoon | dry mustard |
| 2 1⁄4 | Teaspoon | salt |
| 1 | Tablespoon | pepper |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | wine vinegar |
| 1 1⁄2 | Teaspoon | parsley flakes |
| 2 | Clove | garlic (crushed) |
| 1⁄3 | Cup | fresh lemon juice |
Mix all ingredients. Place meat of any kind in marinade and let sit overnight in refridgerator. Then grill meat.
